Welcome home! I’m excited to share my journey with you!
The Journey
For the longest time, all I wanted to do was stop the game of wac-a-mole. If I didn’t numb myself with alcohol, my bulimia would flare up and vice versa. I didn’t stop to be happy. I just couldn’t take living in hell on earth anymore. After years of trying and a few months of substantial recovery I was left with a daunting question that terrified me to my wits end yet also opened a door to a magical space I could never access before- Who am I then? The only way to find out is by trying all the things. With love. The happiness followed.
Discovering and Inspiring Purpose
This blog is about living a mindfulness- infused life! The biggest lesson and gift my recovery has given me is to courageously uncover, follow, and share my truth no matter where that leads. It is my commitment to the world to show up for it, and inspire others to do the same. From recovery to relationships to travel to food to home to spirituality to career to daily life insights and growth, I hold nothing back. As the only constant in life is change, join me on my passionate and ever changing path of DOING ALL THE THINGS!
